Long Jet nozzle (also called "Longcast" nozzle) special design for cleaning long distance.
Even after ± 6 mtr. (depending on flow & pressure combination) stil extremly high impact force, so no long unstable - heavy lances animore to clean deep wells - gutters - high buildings, use this nozzle.
Flow up to ± 30 ltr./min. we advice the ø 3 mm., for higher flow ø 5 mm. diameter

On attached video demo with only 150 Bar and 120 ltr./min, (combi), long cast nozzle mounted (with adapter 119029-3) on a standard ¼" barrel, bounded jet of a distance of ± 8 mtrs.

Captive seal is use for excellent sealing above nozzle, spare seal ¾"BSP P/N : DIN3869.27
So only use anti-seize grease for mounting, no glue or teflon tape.

All our adapters / lances a.s.o. are unselective tested,
When we receive adapters / lances a.s.o. at least will be tested at least 1.3 x working pressure on attached pdf file (open certtificate Long Cast nozzle) you will find test certificate the nozzle, in this case we traded the hole of ø 5 mm. to M6 and put a blind plug in so we can blind the nozzle for certification, we now get a good picture of de sealing and the material strength, nozzle is tested on 690 Bar
With the nozzle we also tested the adapter 119029-3 (¼"BSPF) open "certificate ¼"BSPF
